Job Summary: Work in production and shipping, performing cutting and replacement of pallet boards and planks, pallet cleaning and maintenance, as well as general factory support activities and platform operation. Support in various operational activities **Job Description:** Perform production and shipping tasks including cutting and replacing pallet boards and planks, cleaning and maintaining pallets, and supporting general factory activities. Perform high-level cleaning and assist with PTA platform operations. **Responsibilities:** Cut and replace pallet boards and planks; perform pallet maintenance and cleaning; assist with factory activities and PTA platform operations; ensure workplace organization and safety. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education (high school education preferred but not required); good physical stamina and attention to safety regulations; collaborative, punctual, and responsible attitude. **Competencies:** Teamwork, organization, productivity, quality, collaboration, punctuality, initiative, and effective communication. **Working Hours:** 3 positions: administrative shift from 07:30 to 17:18; 1 position: intermediate shift from 17:03 to 02:16
