Job Summary: Lead the regional team technically, manage strategic initiatives to increase bioinput adoption, and develop a service portfolio for customers. Key Highlights: 1. Customer and consultant relationship management Description: * Academic Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Agronomy preferred; * Advanced knowledge of bioinputs; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Familiarity with crops in the operational region; * Willingness to travel; * Headquarters Municipality: Araxá, Uberaba. Responsible for providing technical leadership to the regional team and managing strategic initiatives to increase the rate of bioinput adoption in the assigned region. Maintain active relationships with major customers, prospects, and key regional consultants. Develop, implement, and manage a service portfolio for customers and prospects—including field days, lectures, training sessions, demonstration plots, product launches, and others—to ensure market positioning of our solutions and measurement of their outcomes.
