Come learn more! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Junior Logistics Analyst in the Logistics Planning and Control area at Centauro’s Extrema MG Distribution Center**, you’ll step onto the field with the following responsibilities: * Monthly workforce sizing to meet demand sent by Planning; * Annual budget development for operational headcount; * Development of headcount targets and forecasts; * Daily management and monitoring of departmental performance indicators; * Communication and tracking of returns related to workforce reassignments; * Acting as the focal point for Corporate Planning, Commercial, Store Supply, Digital, and Distribution Center Operations teams to address ad-hoc requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need to play this role: * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Access and Power BI is a plus; * Enjoyment of challenging, dynamic environments focused on results.
