Ensure proper equipment usage and adherence to protocols Job Description You will work in the aesthetics field as a Laser Specialist, delivering safe and efficient laser hair removal treatments to our customers. Responsibilities and Duties · Perform technical laser hair removal procedures; · Conduct customer assessments; · Guide and clarify customer questions regarding laser hair removal services; · Record session progress in the system, including parameters used and information in the electronic medical record; · Monitor treatment-related complications and customer questions, providing assistance and managing related administrative processes; · Sell and resell treatment packages (online and/or in-person), and collect payments according to commercial policy; · Request and manage materials and supplies required for procedures; · Maintain organization and hygiene of the treatment room and used materials; · Comply with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and established protocols; · Ensure appropriate use of laser equipment, performing functionality checks and preventive maintenance; · Encourage customers to complete the NPS survey, contributing to continuous improvement of customer relationships. Requirements and Qualifications · Completed undergraduate degree in Aesthetics and Cosmetology (recognized by MEC, with an active CNPB or CRBM license); · Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedicine with specialization or completed postgraduate degree in Aesthetics (with an active CRBM license); · Completed undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy, with an active CREFITO license (for the state where you will work); · Experience in customer service and sales, both in-person and/or online; · Availability to work on weekends, as scheduled.
