Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the management of the Rituals Center, ensuring organization and smoothness of routines; * Map, standardize, and document processes; * Structure operational workflows for new projects; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions; * Ensure adherence to defined processes; * Structure and maintain project databases; * Create monitoring controls and indicators, developing reports and dashboards; * Ensure information reliability and traceability; * Ensure consistency, integrity, and standardization of records across the entire chain; * Identify and mitigate operational failures through controls and continuous monitoring; * Structure and maintain the CRM as the foundation for producer relationship management, ensuring historical records, organization, and data reliability; * Serve as the focal point for platform support, acting as the official channel for producer and supplier engagement and ensuring process fluidity; * Identify bottlenecks in the producer-company workflow and implement operational adjustments; * Ensure integration and operational alignment across project fronts; * Support demand prioritization and delivery organization; * Provide leadership support in coordinating and monitoring initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields) **Required** * Prior experience in project, process, or related area management * Experience in structuring, standardizing, and improving processes * Knowledge of data organization, analysis, and control * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and App Sheets * Experience with data management and organization tools **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Transportation; * Meal Allowance; * Monthly Product Kit; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
