Menu adaptation to the needs of elderly individuals The Terça da Serra Aclimação Unit, a senior residential facility (nursing home) for the elderly, is hiring a cook to handle meals for guests and staff. Guests and staff consume five daily meals, which must be prepared or pre-prepared in full compliance with sanitary surveillance regulations and under the supervision of a nutritionist overseeing this service. Menus are designed in advance, and the cook, together with the nutritionist, monitors and adapts them to the individual needs of each elderly person, as required. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, hours to be agreed upon. Minimum requirements: at least one year of experience in this role and experience in large-scale meal preparation.
