The monitor will accompany children during recreational activities, safeguarding everyone's well-being and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and accompany children in the kids' space * Supervise recreational activities and play * Ensure children's safety and well-being during their time in the space * Keep the environment organized, clean, and suitable for activities * Control children's entry and exit according to gym guidelines * Report any relevant situation to guardians or management **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience with children is a plus * Strong communication skills, patience, and responsibility * Attentive, organized, and caring personality Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$8.00 \- R$9.50 per hour Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
