After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive maintenance according to the Planning Department’s schedule; * Perform emergency maintenance as required; * Document executed technical services in maintenance orders; * Conduct problem-solving analyses to identify root causes and implement containment actions; * Perform maintenance using appropriate tools and procedures to ensure machine availability; * Create and technically document service notes in the maintenance management system; * Conduct technical inspections of idle and operational machines following established procedures; * Promote implementation of the 5S methodology; * Keep safety procedures updated and ensure proper use of PPE; * Conduct risk analyses prior to performing activities; * Perform Failure Analysis (FA); * Use technical materials (manuals, OPM, and IOP). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed CAI course or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or Electromechanics (Mandatory); * Preferred knowledge of metrology, pneumatics, valves, pumps, gearboxes, and actuators; * Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Preferred familiarity with regulatory standards; * Preferred basic knowledge of technical drawing. **Worth noting:** Working hours from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
