**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing productivity related to Semi-Finished, Blow Molding, and Finished Goods processes;
* Execute improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing GGF (Gross Global Failure);
* Lead the OEE/OTIF target-setting process: draft target proposals; validate targets with each factory; validate targets with Executive Management; formally communicate defined targets to all relevant departments;
* Serve as a member of the GA (General Affairs) or ME (Manufacturing Engineering) Pillar, contributing to the advancement of productivity indicators;
* Manage productivity indicators: compile productivity indicator results; ensure and participate in governance meetings; develop reporting materials; facilitate alignment between strategic objectives and implementation of relevant management methodologies to guarantee results; promote and share best practices across related departments; monitor progress and adherence to implemented processes tied to established results.
* OEE Accuracy: Manage and ensure accuracy of Equipment Efficiency (OEE) indicator;
* Conduct training to ensure proper understanding across all hierarchical levels regarding manufacturing standards and procedures; ensure functionality of necessary resources for correct operation of the automatic stoppage and production data collection system (MDS equipment registration, nominal registration, sensors, and MES HMIs); perform stratification and identification of productivity losses; conduct hands-on training to ensure proper understanding of the production flow and use of MES HMIs.
* Line OTIF Accuracy: Manage and ensure accuracy of the OTIF indicator;
* Conduct training to ensure proper understanding across all hierarchical levels regarding manufacturing standards and procedures; perform stratification and identification of productivity losses.
* Loss Reduction: Ensure systematic handling of top losses (Mandates); apply Mandates to the TOP5 CIA; generate A3 reports for applied Mandates; hold routine meetings with factories to monitor actions;
* Develop productivity-related training for industrial area employees; identify additional opportunities for knowledge management in production areas;
* Standardize departmental activities, aligning with affected departments; develop IOPs (Instructions of Procedure) and procedures; train teams.
* Recognition Program: Hold support meetings with factories; conduct technical visits to assist in identifying opportunities; consolidate and submit monthly program closure reports; perform cycle time analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
* MDS Registrations: Register nominals; register OEE targets; register productive resources; register resource inactivity, enable stoppages, installation locations, etc.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, or related fields (mandatory);
* Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) (mandatory);
* Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution tools (MASP, 8D, CAPA, DMAIC) (mandatory);
* Familiarity with statistical tools using Minitab (preferred);
* Familiarity with flowchart development for complex manufacturing processes (preferred);
* CEP\- Mandatory knowledge for implementing cross-functional teams utilizing these tools;
* Knowledge of Kanban and A3 (mandatory);
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (preferred);
* Familiarity with Power BI (preferred);
* Knowledge of problem-solving tools (mandatory);
* Familiarity with Routine Management (preferred);
* Knowledge of SAP/MES (mandatory).
**Worth noting:** Working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
