Analyze, study, and investigate actual equipment or machinery defect requirements and potential consequences. Report incidents and issue maintenance service orders. * Record, after maintenance execution, equipment or machinery downtime duration, labor hours, materials used, parts purchased (if any), etc. Contact supervisors, generally, to verify whether maintenance services have been or are being performed correctly and fully meet the company’s needs. Monitor machine and production line stoppages caused by breakdowns and other incidents. * Ensure necessary resources for maintenance activities, monitoring equipment via maintenance indicators and supporting departmental decision-making by providing information—ensuring all factory equipment remains in perfect working condition and available for production, with focus on reliability at minimal possible costs. * Ensure management of document inventory (technical manuals, reports, service orders, and others). * Support leadership to ensure actions taken improve observed maintenance indicators. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, comprehending environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields is required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; * ERP system knowledge is desirable; * Data analysis tool knowledge is desirable; * E\-law knowledge is desirable; * AutoCAD knowledge is desirable; * Experience in maintenance/planning for compressors, chillers, pumps, and boilers is desirable. **Worth noting:** Working hours from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Program. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
