If you’re passionate about HR or have prior administrative experience, join us! **Responsibilities:** – Candidate attraction. – Daily follow-up with clients. – Promote job openings effectively to ensure talent acquisition; – Screen resumes using our internal talent database, partner platforms, and social media; – Conduct interviews with candidates (remotely); – Prepare technical assessments (covering personal and professional background, as well as behavioral impressions). **Requirements:** – Infrastructure (internet, laptop or desktop computer, and appropriate furniture) to perform tasks remotely; – Self-management skills for remote work (strong interpersonal skills, communication, proactivity, self-organization, and resilience); – Minimum availability to achieve appropriate productivity and compensation levels; must hold an active MEI registration to issue service invoices; **Compensation:** Compensation per successfully filled position, starting at R$170\. **Employment Type:** Individual Legal Entity (PJ);
