We are seeking a professional to manage the Business Unit, implementing and executing area-specific processes. This role is responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in customer service within the Food segment. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the execution and completion of all services within the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service while remaining fully compliant with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative performance metrics across the unit’s scope to optimize business unit operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating and implementing innovative initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and development for the unit, ensuring it is achieved—and ideally exceeded—throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task assignment. Establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, health, and safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate within a large-scale corporate segment, serving an average of 1,500 meals daily. Key Requirements: * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Valid driver's license; * Personal vehicle (desirable) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
