




Job Summary: Act as a strategic partner to stores, managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, developing talent attraction strategies, and supporting employee onboarding and engagement. Support for employee onboarding and engagement **We count on you to:** * Serve as a strategic partner to stores in managing recruitment and selection processes, contributing to more accurate hiring decisions; * Manage end-to-end selection processes for store positions, ensuring agility, quality, and alignment with the profile and culture of Rede Construai. * Develop and implement talent attraction strategies, expanding sourcing channels and continuously strengthening the candidate database. * Monitor the probationary period, tracking adaptation, initial performance, and effectiveness of new employees' onboarding. * Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a structured, welcoming, and organizationally aligned entry experience. * Support internal marketing initiatives and employee engagement activities, reinforcing organizational climate and enhancing the employee experience across stores and Rede Construai's administrative headquarters; * Apply and interpret behavioral assessment tools, such as DISC, to support more accurate analyses in selection and development contexts. **What you need to make a difference:** * Degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment and selection processes. * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Organizational ability and proactivity.
