Maintaining aligned communication with the team **Grupo Seres is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant II \- temporary position (with strong potential for permanent employment) to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in opening and posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media; * Conduct initial resume screening according to defined profiles; * Invite candidates for interviews and other selection process stages; * Schedule interviews with candidates and managers; * Provide service and support to candidates throughout the selection process; * Update information and manage candidate status within ATS systems; * Organize documents and maintain records for selection processes; * Assist in conducting individual and group interviews; * Administer tests and assessments as directed by the analyst or supervisor; * Prepare operational controls and reports for the department; * Monitor basic recruitment metrics (number of vacancies, number of invited candidates, status of processes); * Support talent attraction initiatives and opportunity promotion; * Maintain aligned communication with hiring managers and the R\&S team regarding vacancy progress. **Working Hours:** * Schedule: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Work Model: Remote **Location:** We are seeking candidates from Pouso Alegre and Santa Rita do Sapucaí.
