Our purpose is to accelerate access to clean and renewable energy in a simple, digital way—generating positive impact for our customers, employees, and the planet. **Your main responsibilities:** * Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, daily) with a focus on high-performing teams * Remove impediments and shield the team from external noise * Lead the company’s PMO: structure and monitor the project portfolio, ensuring visibility for leadership * Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and project monitoring rituals * Support advancement of team agile maturity * Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks before they become issues **What we expect from you:** * Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach * Experience managing portfolios or PMO is a plus (certification not required) * Ability to seamlessly navigate between operational and strategic levels * Clear, straightforward communication—with both the team and leadership **What we offer:** * Hybrid work model * PJ (individual contractor) employment arrangement
