KEY CHALLENGES: * Lead strategic product development for corporate projects, including technical, commercial, and risk analysis; * Develop, negotiate, and implement new solutions and suppliers, pursuing competitiveness, continuous improvement, and innovation; * Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Projects, Quality, and Finance throughout all stages; * Manage the full procurement cycle: RFQ and supplier onboarding; * Monitor market trends, performance indicators, and savings opportunities; * Ensure compliance with internal processes, procurement policies, and corporate governance; * Support strategic decision-making through reports and comparative analyses; * Track category-specific indicators and KPIs under your management. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree completed (in Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or related fields). * Fluent English (ability to lead meetings, negotiations, and presentations); * Proven experience in procurement/Projects, preferably in industrial or project-based environments; * Solid experience managing complex and multi-project initiatives; * Proficiency in analytical tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Experience with ERP systems and AI is a plus; * MBA or Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields is desirable; * Experience applying agile methodologies to projects.
