We are looking for a professional to work as a PCP Analyst in Pouso Alegre \- Minas Gerais. Responsibilities: * Manage finished goods inventory, ensuring a minimum stock level based on the 80/20 rule and avoiding excesses; * Monitor the entire production process, proposing corrective actions for deviations affecting delivery timeliness; * Prepare analytical reports comparing weekly results against planning and defined targets, analyzing anomalies and proposing improvement actions to achieve established objectives; * Schedule production based on the pre-defined plan, holding alignment meetings with the PCM department to ensure sufficient material availability to meet production scheduling; * Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans; * Conduct weekly cadence meetings with Engineering, Quality, and PCM departments to review progress on new products and ensure pilot batches are completed before fulfilling customer orders; * Continuously seek productivity improvements in the department’s administrative operations; * Support other departmental activities whenever necessary, aiming to propose improvements and guide colleagues on production and materials planning and control processes; * Maintain frequent communication with other company departments to fully understand the manufacturing process, ensuring effective planning actions and continuous improvement. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Computer Skills – Word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and internet – Intermediate level; * Supply Chain knowledge – Intermediate level; * Quality tools – Intermediate level.
