YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead a team; * Perform technical management of fiber optic networks, including deployment, maintenance, and incident monitoring; * Plan and execute work, ensure quality, resolve issues, manage technicians’ performance, and monitor KPIs (SLA); * Handle conflict resolution; * Serve as the main point of contact between other departments and the client. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. (Preferred) * Knowledge of engineering drawings (DWG) and KMZ files * Ability to interpret and read backbone and site network diagrams * Proven experience in network management. * Knowledge of fiber optics. * Knowledge of backbone and metro networks. * Familiarity with fiber optic testing equipment. * Knowledge of telecommunications project design. * Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment. * Networking certification (CCNA, CCNP) (preferred) * CCNA or higher certification (preferred) * Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF). * Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and Excel.
