Support for IT networks and systems **Fully On-site Position** Certo Soluções em Tecnologia is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team and contribute to innovation and the smooth operation of technologies. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to employees for equipment and software. * Perform computer maintenance, both preventive and corrective. * Support IT networks and systems, including configuration and internal resources. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology or Computer Networks. * Knowledge of hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. * Basic understanding of computer networks (cabling, basic configuration of switches, routers, and Wi\-Fi). * Strong user support and customer service skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ticket management tools (help desk). * Prior experience in IT and network support.
