Job Summary: The coffee verifier is responsible for managing the entire coffee flow within the warehouse, from verifying incoming and outgoing shipments to controlling lots and quality. Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform physical and documentary verification of coffee shipments arriving at the warehouse, checking compliance with invoices (number of bags, coffee type, origin); * Monitor coffee discharge into silos or designated areas, ensuring correct identification and collection of samples for quality analysis; * Ability to identify different coffee lots using labeling systems, barcodes, or other control methods to ensure full traceability; * Ability to segregate coffee lots according to predefined criteria (quality, type, customer, certification) and direct them to appropriate storage locations; * Knowledge to perform or supervise quality verification of coffee, visually identifying defects, excessive moisture, or any non-conformity that may affect the product; * Experience withdrawing coffee from storage to supply processing equipment such as hulling machines, re-hulling machines, or bagging machines, ensuring the correct lot is processed; * Verify all coffee lots leaving the warehouse, ensuring product and quantity match sales orders or transfer requests.
