After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who firmly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate forklifts within company premises, following pre-established safety procedures for proper transportation and storage, aiming to transport and handle raw materials, finished goods, or goods-in-process. * Receive, review, and execute logistics schedules, observing designated locations, quantities, and storage rules, taking precautions to prevent tipping, collisions, and cargo spills. * Maintain the equipment under your responsibility, checking fuel levels, lubricating oil, tires, and overall conditions, and taking necessary actions to ensure proper operation. * Support departmental activities by occasionally transporting scrap from the production line, as well as production machinery and equipment, and assisting with department tasks during machine downtime, responding to area demands. * Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing yourself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education — mandatory * Forklift Operator certification — desirable at time of hiring; mandatory to perform the role **Worth noting:** Shift from 1:20 PM to 9:40 PM, rotating schedule of 6 days on / 2 days off **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health insurance and dental plan. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR — Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary — Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Chartered bus service.
