Job Summary: Comprehensively manage projects from scope definition through monitoring and closure, ensuring compliance and optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Full project lifecycle management 2. Conflict resolution and strategic negotiation \- Define scope and strategic assumptions; identify business alternatives and technical-economic feasibility drivers of the project. \- Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), schedules, communication plans, and risk management plans. \- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. \- Update and manage the project schedule monthly, track adherence, and develop action plans when necessary. \- Integrate the project, ensuring scope compatibility across interface areas, and conduct follow-up on project deliverables. \- Monitor performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. \- Report status, results, and strategic decisions to leadership. \- Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality requirements, and legal regulations. \- Apply traditional (PMBOK) and agile methodologies as required by the project. \- Conduct alignment meetings, retrospectives, and lessons learned sessions. \- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring visibility and alignment with available resources and company strategy. \- Manage conflicts by identifying tensions, analyzing causes and impacts, defining resolution and negotiation strategies, implementing agreements, and monitoring outcomes to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
