Job Summary: Parts Release Analyst responsible for analyzing, preparing, and launching parts for export and domestic markets, managing substitutions and maintaining the correct parts level. Parts Release Analyst Education: Preferably Automotive or Mechanical Technician / University student in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Area/Functions: Minimum 3 years of experience in activities related to Replacement Parts and Services. Systems: Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Languages: Advanced English \#LI\-GF1 **\#LI\-FordBrasil** PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\) New Launch Programs. Analyze and prepare parts launches within each program’s schedule for all corresponding export and domestic markets. 2\) Analysis of new parts and decision-making regarding their supply (substitutions / interchangeability) for all regional markets. 3\) Issuance of component parts for "critical" assemblies, supported by the Procurement area. 4\) Enter closure information / end-of-use date within the schedule. 5\) Maintain the correct level ("running changes") updated for all corresponding export and domestic markets, as per the established timeline.
