Opportunity for proactive professionals eager to learn. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ✔ Assembly and disassembly of electric motors ✔ Support in corrective and preventive maintenance ✔ Bearing replacement, mechanical adjustments, and alignments ✔ Basic diagnosis of mechanical failures ✔ Technical cleaning and organization of components ✔ Support in general industrial maintenance activities **REQUIREMENTS:** ✔ Technical education (mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronic, or electrical) ✔ Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance (even entry-level) ✔ Knowledge of bearing replacement and disassembly of assemblies ✔ Familiarity with induction electric motors ✔ Basic knowledge of measuring tools ✔ Proactive, organized profile with willingness to learn **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** ✔ Experience with electric motors, generators, or DC motors ✔ Knowledge of failure analysis ✔ Experience in an industrial environment Work Location: On-site
