As a Young Apprentice here, you will receive formal employment registration in your Work Card (Carteira de Trabalho Profissional) and various benefits, and you will participate in theoretical training sessions designed to enhance your professional knowledge. Since this is a YOUNG APPRENTICE position, it consists of two phases: Theoretical Activity and Practical Activity. The Theoretical Activity takes place during the first 7 days of the contract in an online (EAD) format; thereafter, it occurs once per week at our local center in person. The Practical Activity begins at the company starting from day 8.
