Job Summary:
A professional responsible for inspection, receipt, storage, and control of materials and medications, ensuring compliance and organization of pharmaceutical processes.

Conduct inspection of material and medication receipt;
Process invoices and evaluate suppliers of materials and medications;
Ensure proper identification (labeling) and storage of materials and medications;
Scan invoices and product analysis reports into the Oncominas system;
Monitor pharmacy room / bottle-washing room / dilution area and refrigerator temperatures daily in the morning and late afternoon, and record in the appropriate attachment;
Perform weekly refrigerator alarm testing according to procedure;
Provide internal consumable materials to respective departments;
Assemble KITS and register them in the Oncominas system;
Restock and manage spill and extravasation kits;
Verify and replenish emergency cart items;
Perform Biological Safety Cabinet cleaning and record in the appropriate attachment;
Inspect eye-wash shower before starting manipulation activities and record in the appropriate attachment;
Clean bottles and solutions, preparing trays for delivery to manipulation;
Conduct periodic inventory counts;
Dispose of expired medications and materials in stock;
Update the ANVISA alert spreadsheet;
Support data collection for pharmacy indicators;
**Maintain organized work areas:** pharmacy, bottle-washing room, manipulation room, and pharmaceutical coordination office;
Comply with all applicable institutional guidelines, policies, and legislation;
Report any and all discrepancies to the immediate supervisor;
Clean Gelox containers for storage;
Verify and replenish supplies in outpatient clinics;
Replenish sanitizers (alcohol) in applicable departments;
Dispense oral medications, Eprex, and Filgrastim;
Deliver compounded medications to nursing staff at hospitals when inpatients are present;
Conduct periodic inventory counts
Report incidents via the "Comunique Aqui" system;
Submit maintenance requests (facilities / IT) through the module available in the Oncominas system;
Fulfill all requests from Quality Management within stipulated deadlines;
Comply with all company-established standards.
Identify and propose improvements in the department where employed, and remain vigilant for new situations in processes that may pose risks;
