We are seeking an experienced, welcoming, and organized professional to serve as **Housekeeping Manager** at a new hotel in São João da Boa Vista\-SP. The property is currently under development and aims to deliver a warm hospitality experience, with personalized service and a strong focus on service excellence. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and train the housekeeping staff, ensuring high-quality room cleaning and maintenance; * Establish operational standards and measure average room cleaning and maintenance times; * Organize the cleaning schedule and ensure smooth laundry operations; * Support guest service, prioritizing guest experience and satisfaction; * Mediate conflicts and foster a harmonious and productive work environment; * Monitor and control the use of supplies, linens, and cleaning products; * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures; * Collaborate with hotel management in structuring processes and operational routines. ### **Requirements** * Experience in the hospitality industry (prior experience as a housekeeping manager is preferred); * Previous experience as a housekeeper; * Completion of elementary education; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Teaching ability and skill in training staff; * A welcoming, proactive, and calm demeanor, with a results-oriented mindset and focus on guest service; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule; * Preference for candidates residing in São João da Boa Vista or willing to work in the city. **Schedule:** 12x36 shift — from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Employment Type:** On-site ### **Employment Contract Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Operations
