Join us!** **Job Responsibilities** * Lead product development projects, focusing on engines and systems (refrigeration, fuel supply, intake, and exhaust). * Coordinate activities from sourcing through to production implementation. * Develop and execute project plans, defining tasks, resource allocation, and schedules. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and APQP requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and achieve project objectives. * Monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. * Communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency throughout the project. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. * Experience in engine project management. * Familiarity with APQP principles and quality practices. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. * Fluency in English. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * No dress code; * Flexible working hours.
