Responsibilities: Manage production activities, ensuring adherence to production plans and established targets. Supervise and lead production teams, optimizing performance and productivity. Control raw material and finished goods inventory, ensuring availability and cost control. Implement and monitor quality management systems, ensuring product and process compliance. Analyze production indicators and identify improvement opportunities, pursuing process optimization and cost reduction. Responsible for production logistics as outlined in planning—both internal and outsourced; product movement between departments; daily coordination of departmental planning to meet targets; personnel management; requesting all machinery maintenance, facility maintenance, and procurement for production processes. Production planning, daily product process logistics, process execution instructions, monthly production reports, departmental quality inspection—including outsourced services—and final production analysis. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in production management, preferably in knitwear companies. Knowledge of quality management methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma). Proficiency in production planning and control tools (MRP, Kanban). Project management and team leadership skills. Skills: Effective communication, both oral and written. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Proactivity and problem-solving ability. Results-oriented mindset and focus on process optimization.
