Execution of cost reduction and productivity enhancement projects Job Summary: **Position: INDUSTRIAL MANAGER** **Location:** Aguaí – SP (On-site) **Salary:** To be discussed **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, Profit Sharing (PLR), and Life Insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and lead production teams, fostering a high-performance environment, operational discipline, and employee engagement; * Plan, organize, and control production operations, ensuring on-time delivery, volume targets, quality, and cost efficiency; * Implement, sustain, and evolve Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives; * Execute cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity enhancement projects; * Apply agile manufacturing concepts to increase flexibility, reduce lead time, and improve operational efficiency; * Conduct and monitor time-and-motion studies, line balancing, and process standardization; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, OEE, scrap rate, costs, deadlines); * Collaborate closely with Production Planning & Control (PCP), Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Engineering departments; * Ensure compliance with Quality, Occupational Safety, and Environmental regulations; * Report results, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior management; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Production, or related fields; * Proven experience in Industrial Production Management; * Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, among others; \- Availability to work on-site in Aguaí \- SP.
