




We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Food operations team, who will supervise the execution of contracted services, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, quality standards, deadlines, and targets agreed upon with the client. **Responsibilities:** · Manage administrative support teams; · Evaluate unit billing; · Handle bureaucratic maintenance of contracts; · Support the administrative area in basic processes related to the operational sector; · Analyze and structure economic and financial balance strategies for deficit contracts; · Develop pricing for products and services; · Establish price adjustment routines and prepare annual budgets; · Issue and control financial compensation and prepare accounting settlements; · Monitor the operation of contracts under their responsibility; · Manage teams assigned to contracts (cleaning, reception, maintenance, etc.); · Ensure compliance with contractual clauses and performance indicators (KPIs); · Conduct meetings with clients to align expectations and resolve demands; · Control operational resources such as materials, equipment, and work schedules; · Prepare performance reports and propose process improvements; · Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and conduct standards; · Manage conflicts and motivate the team. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nutrition, or related fields.
