Prospect new cooperative members and develop relationship-building and retention strategies. Offer financial products and services consultatively, aligned with cooperative members' needs. Ensure achievement of commercial and service quality targets. Support the branch's customer service and relationship management team. Ensure compliance with internal policies, BACEN regulations, and cooperative principles. Participate in credit recovery and portfolio delinquency control. Contribute to achieving the cooperative's commercial and strategic goals. Participate in the development and execution of incentive campaigns and financial education initiatives. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or related Technology programs in Administration/Commercial fields. Experience in commercial/customer service. Experience in financial institutions. Proficiency in financial products and services. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Sales and negotiation techniques. Knowledge of the financial market/BACEN regulations. ANBIMA certification. Proficiency in financial mathematics. An established client portfolio will be a strong differentiator.
