We recognize and value our team and our space. **Responsibilities and Duties** In this role, you will be responsible for: * Technically and pedagogically coordinating Workshop Monitors to ensure smooth implementation of activities across thematic axes; * Conducting periodic visits to schools participating in the program to observe, advise, and monitor workshop execution; * Collaborating in the development and revision of workshop plans, ensuring pedagogical coherence with the Program’s objectives; * Preparing monthly technical reports and submitting them to the Department of Education; * Organizing ongoing training and guidance sessions for monitors, ensuring alignment with the work plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization is a plus.
