If this resonates with you, apply now and get to know us better! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support process standardization and documentation (functions and activities); * Support action plans for continuous improvement and proactive review of processes and projects; * Monitor and update governance forum and performance indicators; * Prepare spreadsheets containing key sector data; * Develop presentation materials for results; * Support daily administrative routines; * Organize and control documents; * Enter and verify information in spreadsheets and systems; * Provide support to internal departments as needed; * Assist with administrative controls and reporting; * Perform all activities aiming to achieve all goals defined for your role; * Attend 100% of trainings to which you are invited by the organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic background: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Technical knowledge: Computer literacy; Microsoft Office suite.
