Job Summary: Rural Assistant responsible for general field and crop farming tasks, including irrigation system setup, plant care, and application of agricultural pesticides. Key Highlights: 1. Support in various rural and infrastructure-related activities **JOB OPENING \| RURAL ASSISTANT** Location: Santo Antônio de Posse – SP Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Employment Type: CLT \| Salary: R$ 2\.200,00 **RESPONSIBILITIES** * General field and crop farming tasks; * Installation of irrigation systems; * Installation of fence posts, mesh, and staking; * Plant training, pruning, and thinning; * Harvesting and planting seedlings; * Weeding and fertilization; * Application of agricultural pesticides; * Identification of pests and diseases; * Support in event setup and sign installation; * Other tasks necessary for field operations (No operation of heavy machinery required). **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in rural activities, planting, or crop farming; * Driver's License Category B (mandatory); * Availability to work in the field; * Commitment and responsibility. **BENEFITS** * Breakfast and lunch provided on-site; * Transportation allowance or shuttle service (for residents of Jaguariúna, Mogi Mirim, Mogi Guaçu, or Santo Antônio de Posse).
