Recording and monitoring production **Responsibilities:** * Record hourly production data in the designated system, reporting volumes completed for process control and management; * Operate filling line machinery according to operational procedures, ensuring scheduled production volumes and product quality are met; * Prepare draft beer and beer receiving lines by operating valves and pipelines; * Change products to be filled in accordance with production scheduling and planning; * Operate draft beer barrel-filling machinery according to operational procedures, ensuring scheduled production volumes and product quality are met; * Perform minor equipment repairs to maintain proper equipment condition, as required. **Requirements** * Completed High School education * Availability to work flexible hours Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: High School (Secondary Education)
