Opportunity for banking certification and career development plan We are hiring for the Atacadão store in Mogi Mirim, with working hours from 12:00 to 20:20, Monday through Saturday. We seek a communicative candidate, as the operator will work onsite at Atacadão, approaching customers to offer our credit cards, insurance, and loans. The operator will have performance targets, and their results will be evaluated accordingly. They will also have access to an e-learning platform and on-the-job training to mentor and train new card operators. Salary: R$2\.469,00; statutory benefits including transportation allowance (6% employee contribution), on-site cafeteria, 13th salary, annual leave, co-payment health insurance, dental insurance, and 14th salary. Additionally, exclusive position benefits include a career development plan; operators who meet their targets earn points redeemable for vouchers from partner companies (e.g., Shopee, CVC, restaurants, etc.), where each point equals R$1.00, with a maximum of 260 points per month. Operators without prior banking certification will receive one, valid for five years.
