Together, we always deliver our best. **\#JoinDasa \#DasaLovers \#JoinDasa** **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a **Senior Projects and Processes Consultant – Business Development and Expansion**, to support the area in building, implementing, and monitoring the new business and partnership pillar, as well as new business and InCompany operational models within DASA’s Home Care and InCompany services. This position is based at the corporate office in Pinheiros, with occasional travel to operational units and partner headquarters, ensuring proximity to operations and fostering strong partnerships. Key responsibilities include: * Identify and prospect potential strategic partners to build new business partnerships in Home Care and InCompany services; * Design potential partnerships in Home Care and InCompany services with these strategic partners; * Lead the development of Business Cases for potential new businesses (internal and external) in Home Care and InCompany services; * Plan and design new operational and business model proposals leveraging existing internal infrastructure—the POC Pipeline; * Optimize and consolidate the InCompany operational model; * Develop supporting materials, reports, and executive status presentations; * Manage the New Business portfolio in Home Care and InCompany services, including developing and tracking success metrics; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience or exposure to **business development, new business initiatives, or business expansion**; * Analytical profile with experience in P&L and DRE analysis and macro-level financial oversight; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse departments and seniority levels; * Creative, proactive, and business-oriented mindset; * Proficiency in business modeling methodologies and feasibility analysis tools; **Additional Information** **Location: Pinheiros – São Paulo – SP** **Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher / Food Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Professional development: Dasa University, Development and Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the “Grow Within Dasa” Program; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
