Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily analysis of production progress regarding adherence to the production plan, productivity targets, and compliance with safety regulations and GMP; * Analysis and establishment of productive capacity for each process, evaluating all available resources; * Analysis and approval of production plans; * Development and monitoring of employee training plans; * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and GMP; * Development and maintenance of procedures and records; * Conducting production line balancing to meet scheduling requirements and optimize workforce utilization; * Technical review and approval of manufacturing techniques and their attachments; * Providing frequent feedback to direct reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation; * Advanced knowledge of the SAP system; * Postgraduate degree preferred; * Leadership development course; * Advanced English proficiency.
