Sort and organize ingredients according to recipes. Help with plating (especially breakfasts and buffets). Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Store food properly (refrigerators, freezers, stockroom). Support food replenishment in hotel buffets. Follow food hygiene and safety standards. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Culinary Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
