About the job Our Production team is seeking a Shift Leader to work in Poços de Caldas \- MG, overseeing the filling process at our dairy plant. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shift production operations, ensuring safety, quality, operational discipline, and team productivity. * Supervise and guide the shift team, ensuring safe and standardized execution of tasks. * Ensure implementation of the production plan, focusing on meeting targets and adhering to the schedule. * Guarantee compliance with GMPs, HACCP, Jidoka, and other food quality and safety requirements. * Authorize production lines and monitor/ensure process quality controls. * Monitor and address performance deviations using key indicators (e.g., PR, losses, productivity), implementing corrective actions. * Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Supply, and Quality teams to ensure production stability and continuity. * Promote a safe, disciplined, and results-oriented environment, reinforcing standards and behaviors on the shop floor. * Apply IWS tools and routines (e.g., daily management, structured problem-solving, standardization, and continuous improvement). About you * Prior experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred). * Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food quality/safety routines. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Completed technical education and/or university degree, preferably in: + Mechanical, Chemical, Automation, or Electrical Technology + Engineering, Administration, Industrial Production Management, or related fields About us At Danone, we are committed to bringing health and nutrition to as many people as possible.
