**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- Business hours **Level:** Operational **Employment type:** Permanent \- CLT labor code * Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on boiler equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. * Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance according to schedule and emergency needs. * Conduct periodic inspections of central units and lubrication of equipment. * Respond to emergency requests and supervise outsourced services. * Prepare technical reports of completed activities. * Work on low and medium voltage electrical panels, automation systems, frequency inverters, soft starters, and communication modules. * Propose improvements to equipment and maintenance plans. * Responsible for CCM (Motor Control Center) and building electrical maintenance. Record maintenance order details (time, materials, and activities). * **Requirements:** * Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance. * Knowledge of electrical panels, automation, and heavy machinery. * Ability to work independently, proactively, and results\-oriented. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
