After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, implement, and maintain corporate reliability guidelines, ensuring standardization and alignment across all plants; * Lead programs and methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RAM, LCC, and RGA, conducting critical analyses and proposing evidence-based actions; * Ensure the integrity of technical databases and consolidate corporate indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, backlog, OEE, among others; * Use Business Intelligence tools to support strategic decision-making and prioritize investments; * Lead the digital transformation of maintenance, coordinating IIoT, artificial intelligence, predictive systems, and analytical automation initiatives; * Lead teams of specialists in vibration, thermography, oil analysis, and MCA, promoting technical development and standardization of practices; * Directly support the Engineering and Maintenance Executive Team by providing technical and economic analyses to guide action plans, CAPEX, retrofitting, and asset lifecycle management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics or related fields); * Proven experience in industrial reliability and RCM/FMEA/RGA methodologies; * Solid knowledge of maintenance KPIs and BI tools; * Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and digital transformation initiatives; * Ability to operate effectively in corporate environments, with systemic vision and cross-functional influence. **Desired Profile** ------------------- * Strategic vision and results orientation; * Leadership ability and experience managing specialists; * Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making orientation; * Clear communication skills and ability to influence various organizational levels.
