If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a results-oriented and excellence-driven team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Administrative Assistant - CCA is responsible for providing administrative support to the Revenue Control Center (CCA) of the highway concessionaire, ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes related to revenue collection management and revenue control. This professional assists in organizing, verifying, and managing financial documents and reports, as well as providing service and support to other operational areas. * Support the control and monitoring of collection operations, ensuring all transactions performed at toll plazas are correctly recorded; * Enter and verify financial data, ensuring collected amounts are accurately posted within established deadlines; * Assist in controlling and organizing collection-related documents, such as toll reports, invoices, payment receipts, and vouchers; * Monitor and control the CCA’s cash flow, recording inflows and outflows in accordance with established regulations; * Assist in preparing periodic reports on revenue collection and financial control, as well as monthly account closings; * Provide support during internal audits of collection processes and verify compliance of operations with the concessionaire’s procedures; * Assist in managing collection and control systems by entering data and updating information as needed; * Respond to internal and external requests, providing information about revenue collection, financial procedures, and CCA operations; * Support the control of materials and equipment used in the collection process, ensuring proper functioning of toll stations; * Organize and archive tax documents, financial reports, and other materials related to the revenue collection department; * Monitor operational regularity and report any irregularities or discrepancies in financial information; * Facilitate communication with other company departments—such as Finance, Accounting, and Operations—to ensure smooth revenue collection processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills; Basic knowledge of financial and accounting processes; Familiarity with tax routines and internal audit procedures. For the Way\-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way\-306** The MS\-306 Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the entire length of MS\-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and includes 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** The Eastern MS Highways Concessionaire S.A. manages the MS\-112 highway and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 extends from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The BR\-158 concession segment runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 segment extends from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the BR\-262 highway concession, spanning from km 360\+100 at its junction with BR\-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
