Job Summary:
Perform industrial boiler making services, including fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of metallic structures and components, with a focus on safety and industrial standards.

**Job Objective:** Perform industrial boiler making services (fabrication, assembly, and maintenance) on structures, supports, and metallic components, ensuring compliance with industrial standards and safety requirements.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**
· Fabrication and assembly of bases, supports, platforms, guardrails, and safety protections/adaptations (NR-12) as per project specifications or field requirements.
· Marking, cutting, bending, drilling, fitting, and finishing (grinding), with dimensional control.
· Assembly and alignment of metallic assemblies: leveling, squaring, alignment, and fastening.
· Support during maintenance interventions: structural reinforcements, adaptations of enclosures, ducts, gutters, covers, and supports.
· Integrated work with welders and mechanical technicians to ensure correct and safe assembly.
· Compliance with procedures: hot work, area isolation/signage, and housekeeping standards.
**Requirements (Mandatory):**
· Proven experience as an industrial boilermaker.
· Ability to read and interpret drawings/sketches and perform metrology (tape measure, caliper, square, level).
· Experience in industrial assembly and participation in shutdowns/maintenance activities.
· Compliance with hygiene and contamination control regulations in food production facilities.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desirable):**
· Experience with utilities and line support systems (compressed air, industrial water, steam/condensate where applicable).
· Experience with NR-12 adaptations (safeguards, enclosures, and guardrails).
