If you take **Pride in Belonging**, act with **Intelligence and Innovation**, and aspire to achieve **High-Level Results**, apply now for our open position for ***Backup Customer Service Agent***—this is your place! **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer support via telephone, e\-mail, chat, or in person during periods of high demand or absence of other agents; * Assist in problem resolution and ensure uninterrupted service continuity; * Temporarily replace absent agents (e.g., vacations, leave), maintaining service quality; * Register and track service requests, ensuring information accuracy and timely customer updates on request status; * Act to reduce backlog during call volume peaks, always adhering to established deadlines; * Collaborate with the team to identify improvements in service processes and participate in training to enhance service delivery. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma completed; * Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred; * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable; * **Driver’s License \- Category B** * **Personal Vehicle** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.937,48 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have a personal vehicle?
