After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate low-complexity machines and equipment related to the production process, including starting up equipment and peripherals, verifying feasibility of executing production scheduling (PCP), ensuring all safety devices are operational, and managing critical process variables to guarantee high performance. * Monitor maintenance activities on the equipment operated, verify raw material consumption, analyze and report deviations, periodically conduct rotating inventory, and perform various process-related tasks to ensure proper departmental operation. * Perform quality routines, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, disposing of rework material and cleaning equipment, reporting and blocking non-conforming products, and verifying and ensuring adherence to the Process Technical Standard (PTS), thereby guaranteeing compliance with established quality standards. * Perform low-complexity maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and adjustment of equipment and machines. * Perform TPM routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment, issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags, and participating in their resolution. Submit SSMA Reports (behavioral observations) and Non-Conformities, and attend Productivity and Pre/Post PCM meetings when requested, aiming to maximize equipment and production process productivity and efficiency. * Perform occasional general service tasks as directed by management, ensuring basic equipment and workplace conditions. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, comprehending environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. **Worth noting:** Monday through Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 1:20 PM. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with well-being, security, and real opportunities for growth.
