Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to support logistics, shipping, and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in the company's logistics functions. Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous process improvements. Description: We seek an organized and proactive professional to support logistics, shipping, and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in the company's logistics functions. You will be responsible for receiving, loading/unloading goods, storage and shipping, product organization and identification, invoicing, ensuring all items are delivered correctly and within the company's commercial policy timeline, following internal processes and routines. Key Responsibilities: * Lead logistics operations, ensuring inventory compliance, on-time deliveries, adherence to processes and policies, and covering operational gaps as needed. * Receive and inspect goods, verifying purchase orders and invoices for accuracy. * Develop new freight partnerships. * Organize inventory and safeguard item integrity. * Load, unload, and control the flow of goods. * Conduct periodic inventories and monitor and prepare inventory reports. * Plan delivery routes and freight quotations to meet delivery deadlines. * Invoicing and issuance of fiscal invoices. * Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements. * Implement and monitor goods intake by batch and data collector. * Supervise the warehouse and shipping teams, ensuring compliance with processes and agreements. Requirements: * Degree in Logistics or related fields. * Experience in Shipping, Logistics, or similar areas involving receiving, storage, and dispatch of products. * Knowledge of inventory control, inventories, and shipping processes. * ERP system experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with batch-based and data collector-based goods entry/exit registration. * Prior hands-on experience in this field is mandatory.
