




Job Summary: This professional will perform operational and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Extrema branch, including order tracking, billing, inventory control, and forklift operations. Key Highlights: 1. Various order tracking and control activities. 2. Billing management, issuance and cancellation of invoices. 3. Inventory control and organization, including forklift operation. The candidate will carry out all necessary activities to ensure the efficient operation and performance of the Extrema branch. Key responsibilities include: * Sales order tracking * Invoice (NF) issuance and correction letters * Billing * Invoice (NF) cancellation * Order picking \- Control of held orders \- Cash sales \- Control of held orders \- ST customer: Manage post-release invoice entry * Scheduling requests with FOB customers * Scheduling pickup requests with approved carriers * Control of sales-on-order requests until Remittance Note issuance * Receiving, inspection, and storage of purchase orders * Storage and organization of inventory by type and date * Tracking materials in transit * Preparing inventory for physical count * Conducting and monitoring inventory counts * Operating combustion-powered forklifts as required * Acting as substitute for the supervisor during absences or vacations
