This is your moment—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Provide assistance by performing routine and support activities for the warehouse area, contributing to the accurate calculation of taxes related to product transportation. * Receive, verify, and enter invoices and freight documents into the computerized system, ensuring data accuracy. * Perform checks on invoices for imported products. * Generate reports for indicator tracking and dashboards in Power BI. * Participate in meetings addressing pending issues related to invoices and freight. * Support internal and external audits and inventory processes. * Assist with related activities in the finance and logistics departments as needed. * Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Education: Completed Technical School degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * PREFERRED: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Experience in administrative services * Courses or Specializations: * Microsoft Office Suite. * Advanced Excel. * Power BI. * Invoice Entry and Tax Withholding. * Physical and Fiscal Inventory. * Transportation and Logistics. * Tax and Fiscal Legislation. **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
